Brutal schedule next season


If you haven't seen the 2019 slate you should take a look. Future schedules are difficult too. I have low expectations for next season as MT will be installing a new offense, new defense, and implementing a whole new culture into this program.

Don't get me wrong, I'm very excited about him, probably more excited than anyone on this board. He was high on my list of candidates and I'm beyond thrilled RG got him. I just think he'll have a very challenging first season but each subsequent season will get better as we go. The ceiling is very high for MT as a head coach here.

Let's just remember the talent level of the team he's inheriting, the soft culture he has to reverse, the lack of development of some of our players due to bad assistants under MacIntyre, and the schedule. 2019 is a transition year. 2020 and beyond will be much better.
