Chiv is a great asset in the right capacity

He's not ready for prime time as OC or play caller. We saw that clearly this year. I think Chiv realizes that and has said he'll stay on in a different role. Recruiting is key right now and Chiv is by far the best we have. Bleeds black and gold and great to have some Buff presence on the staff!
