Just the opposite. The admin “wants” or “would like” to see certain coaches retained means the decision is Mel’s. I would expect them to make suggestion. Also, is it really so bad of an idea to have a couple of guys on staff who are familiar with the territory as Tucker gets acquainted with the area?
