Many on here have discounted the new facilities (Champions Center and Indoor practice facility) as " really nothing special", " everyone has facilities like these". It is only one mans opinion, but Ben Broussard ( Vice Chancellor since 2017) who spent many years in the SEC, has said that CU's new facilities would easily be in the top 5 in the SEC 8 and really second only to Alabama.
I think that it would be very hard to argue that CU does not have facilities that are at least in the top 30. Yet, the recruiting rank is nowhere close to that number. This program needed to take advantage of those new facilities. Results demonstrated that it did not. Rick George was just as unhappy with this fact as he was with the wins and losses. He realizes that it all starts with talent.
MM is gone. We know that he is a good man. It is time to stop apologizing and making excuses for him!! Enough is Enough!
