Something has to be done about targeting


Landsman had already began his tackle when the kid lowered his head. He lowered it to protect and brace himself for impact. The "strike zone"--to borrow a baseball term--was nonexistent. Maybe we need to go to two handed touch as being equal to a tackle under those circumstance. I just don't think flags will work.
