the guys doesn't even understand the state or the problems.
Yes, it has a growing population (Has NOTHING to do with the water, 9/10's of that goes to ag, and they make billions, but that is a SMALL part of the state GDP, 2%?
So yes, there is a infrastructure issue, but NOTHING like the problems in MOST western states.

Mostly he does not like the government, it's "left".

But since the Dems took over, the state is running in the BLACK, with surpluses. When the GOP blocked taxes, the state was near bankruptcy (cannot borrow by law, no debt is allowed) and then the taxes went up and things started getting paid for. Result? A great economy. His point, that California wants the fed to bail them out? I think we STILL pay 75 cents to DC for every dollar that comes back to California, we are a DONOR state, unlike Alaska, that get a buck 30 or more for every dollar taxed.
