He has many years of experience and success at the highest level. That doesn't guarantee success at CU but its better than a wing and a prayer from the G5.

Not sure of his offensive schemes. He had a ton of talent at LSU. It would be interesting to see if he could recruit blue chips to CU and, if not, would he be successful with talent like we have now.
