You raise some great points. Coaches come and go constantly unless you hire an alumni (like Frost at NU).

I don't think CU has the resources to get a homerun (Saban, Meyer, etc.) hire. However, CU should be looking at OC's and DC's from strong P5 programs. Pedigree also matters.

I do NOT want to see CU hire a rising G5 superstar. Some of them are successful but IMO they are a huge gamble, especially when it comes to recruiting.
