Good question.

Regardless, I'm not sure why you'd want to give them more of our money until the operation is run more equatably and efficiently. Throwing more money at inefficient organizations/policy is not good practice.

I'm not saying it's Democrats or Republicans fault, but an American problems that spans many administrations.

Maybe it's the way governments have always operated and it's a fact of life. There always has been and always will be close ties between people in power politically and big money.

I find it interesting that when big money interests lobby they hedge their money by donating to both parties. If Democrat was the party of "the powerless people" and always acted with integrity, wouldn't Big money always strictly donate to the Republicans?
